1) Carnapping and other illegal works involving some people in authority.
This issues of carnappings and other cases involving people in authority digrades our country because those cases give idea to the people that our cops and other government officials are behind those illegal operations. Their prime duty is to serve and protect the state but sad reality they are now the protectors and bad influence to the people thats why many people are still engage to do illegal things.

2) Section 2, Article II of the 1987 Philippine Constitution stated that, The Philippines renounces war as an instrument of the national policy, adopts the generally accepted principles of international law as part of the land and adheres to the policy of peace, equality, justice, freedom, cooperation and amity with all nation nations. Only people have the right to declare war.

3) As I fully understand how the Cha-cha will work in the state, I can say that I am now in favor of the so-called charter change or changing the constitution. It is because in changing the constitution, it can change the kind of government we have today, it can change how the politics and other issues run in the country. It is time for us to cope and adapt the changes that is happening within the state. Sad reality is that other provisions in the 1987 constitution is some what not effective anymore.

1.Our country have been many issues that they need to solve by the government. And one of the current issue confronting the Philippine society today is like a bombing. However they might be killed of innocence people, then as of now there are family hoping that the early death of their love ones has given injustice.I think the government is lack of effort.
2.A declaration of war is a formal issued by a national government indicating that a state of war exists between that nation.but for me based on my own understanding in article II Section II only the congress has the constitutional power to declare war.And the president shall be in commander in chief of the army and navy, but it doesn’t mean that the president has the right to declare war.
3.I am not in favor of charter change or cha-cha because of the two major reasons a.) It migt be change the system of government and might suppressed the essence of democracy.
b.)Some of the higher government officials may take advantage of their personal interest.

1. Public Security Threat. Massive rumours and news today were pertaining to the weakening of Local Government and its Agencies. PNP, shows its Radical Impact and Large Effects of its Weak Litigating and Mitigating Procedures on Public security.

2. Article VI, Section 23 (1). CONGRESSS or House of the Representatives with the concurrency of the Two Thirds of all its Members, voting separately, may declare the existence of a STATE OF WAR. Means only a CIVIL WAR, not a WAR against other foreign country or Offensive War. Because under the constitution bind with UNITED NATIONS CHARTER, we can only serve a Defensive war, rather than Offensive war like other countries Capabilities.

3. Yes. For me, it is already obsolete and some other provisions are subject to revisions and to be null and void. Because some public officials who are “In greed their Trust” in their minds, uses some of this provisions for their own sake.

1. Carnapping- this is the mostand hottest issue on our Philippine society today. There are lots of cases of this carnapping this early month of the year. And the worst part is that brutal killings of those cases is so terrible. And according to the news, big officials or policemen are the supporters of this groups.

2. As stipulated in Section 2. Aticle 2 of the 1987 Phil. constitution, the Philippine renounces war as an instrument of national policy, adopts the generally accepted principles of international law as part of the law of the land and adheres to the policy of peace, equality, justice, freedom, cooperation and amity with all nation. And under article VI section 23(1) of the constitution, congress with the concurrence of the 2/3 of all it's members, voting seperately may declare the existence of a state of war. This means that the people have the right to declare war.
3) Yes, i am in favor of the so-called charter change because in changing the constitution we can also change how the government run into the country. We have to adopt the possible changes that may occur within the state.

1. Terror alert in Philippines after bus bomb kills 4
By Jason Gutierrez, Agence France-Presse and Thea Alberto, Yahoo! Southeast Asia

MANILA, January 25, 2011 (AFP) – A bomb on a packed bus in the Philippines’ financial hub killed four people on Tuesday, sparking a warning from President Benigno Aquino that the country faced a raised terror threat.

http://ph.yfittopostblog.com/2011/01/25/bomb-blast-in-philippine-capital-kills-two/

-Is there a place where all the Filipinos are safe now? Where is it? I think there is no place now here in the Philippines where we can be safe. It will depend if all the Filipino helps to execute those who make this kind of crime. Are Philippines a terror place to go? We can change this kind of images of our country, if we help ourselves to execute and end this kind of foolishness in our beloved country.
How about the justice for the victims? Do their families achieve the justice? Who will save us from this kind of horror in our country? Let’s make our country safer to the people who make terror.

2. Section 2. The Philippines renounces war as an instrument of national policy, adopts the generally accepted principles of international law as part of the law of the land and adheres to the policy of peace, equality, justice, freedom, cooperation, and amity with all nations.
-The President has the right to declare war.

3. No, I am not in favor in Charter Change, because a lot of trouble will happen again. Left and right rallies and protests will happen on the road especially in EDSA. Many Filipinos will suffer. All we need is to fix the system of our government not to change it. And execute all corrupt government officials.

And the government have a slow investigation about this issue and right now they’re not finished case g in make of bus bombing in Makati City.
2. The article 2 section 2 means that declaring war is in the policy of the government to have a war and not war that many lives are gone but for the freedom, cooperation of the people in the country. And the people who has right to declare war is the congress and if more of them are agreed to have it, they start to make war to other country.
3. Yes because more officials have a chance to make them higher in the government and able to change again for that charter change but it make change the country okay!, and have good way to have a god country.

1. POEA looking to postpone the deployment of Filipino workers in Egypt January 31, 2011, 1:18pmMANILA, Philippines (PNA)- In the midst of conflict in Egypt, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) is looking to postpone the deployment of Filipino workers there.
I am glad that the POEA immediately showed their action on what is happening in Egypt,it seems that they are so much active in doing their jobs, because of this they are already saving the life of the Filipinos who have their schedules in going to Egypt in this midst of conflict. May the entire government unit will going to show their immediate actions on the future crisis that our country will going to face in the future so that we can prevent the danger.
2. In sec 2,Article ll of the 1987 Philippine Constitution stated that the Philippine government cannot declared war immediately because being a member of the United Nation the Philippines only seeks peace and friendship with her neighbors as well as other country of the world and it supports the rights of each nations big or small. Only the congress can declare war base on the Article6, Section 23(1) by voting 2/3 of its member.
3.I am in favor of Charter Change because I believe that it is the right time to upgrade our constitution because some of our law needs to be change because it is invalid to the present situation here in our country. Through Cha-cha our constitution will going to change base on what is needed and there might be an amendments, we are now in the modern world so we need change so that can go with the flow.
