1.Environmental Education-It is a teaching, learning, and helping people to acquire understanding, skills and values that make them active and informed citizens for the ecological, sustainable, and socially just society. The significance of environmental education to this present world is can be attained in terms of the learners' awareness, knowledge, attitudes, skills, and participation in the resolution of environmental problems, issues, and concerns. The learners must consider the environment inits totality-natural and built, technological, social, economic, political, cultural, historical, moral, and aesthetic.
2.People-Centered Development-Goes beyond the concept of community development by contending that people at the grass-roots level define their needs. They can and should also plan, implement, and evaluate their own development process. The example of people-centered development is being a youth volunteer.Being a youth volunteer is her/himself goal to help other people needs, like having a gift-giving in our community and giving them financial support.
3.I think the more effective is from bottom upwards, moblizing the people in the grass-roots level because for me,mobilizing them in a sense of being in the grass-roots level upward define their needs. They can and should also plan, implement, and evaluate their own development process. They can grow strongly in their own part and become a successful one by their own.

1.Environmental education (EE) refers to organized efforts to teach about how natural environments function and, particularly, how human beings can manage their behavior and ecosystems in order to live sustainably. The term is often used to imply education within the school system, from primary to post-secondary. However, it is sometimes used more broadly to include all efforts to educate the public and other audiences, including print materials, websites, media campaigns, etc. Related disciplines include outdoor education and experiential education.

Environmental education is a learning process that increases people's knowledge and awareness about the environment and associated challenges, develops the necessary skills and expertise to address the challenges, and fosters attitudes, motivations, and commitments to make informed decisions and take responsible action.
significance of environmental education:

Awareness and sensitivity about the environment and environmental challenges
Knowledge and understanding about the environment and environmental challenges
Attitude concern for the environment and help to maintain environmental quality
Skills to mitigate the environmental problems
Participation for exercising existing knowledge and environmental related programs.
2. Sovereignty resides with … people, the real social actors of positive change. Freedom and democracy are universal human aspirations … The legitimate role of government is to enable … people to set and pursue their own agenda.
To exercise their sovereignty and assume responsibility for the development of themselves and their communities, the people must control their own resources, have access to relevant information, and have the means to hold the officials of government accountable …Government must protect these rights. People from all countries must work together in solidarity to insure that governments accept and act on this responsibility.
Those who would assist the people with their development must recognize that it is they who are participating in support of the people’s agenda, not the reverse. The value of the outsider’s contribution will be measured in terms of the enhanced capacity of the people to determine their own future.

3.This article introduces the concept and reasoning behind ethical leadership and ethical organisations.

Ethical principles provide the foundations for various modern concepts for work, business and organisations, which broaden individual and corporate priorities far beyond traditional business aims of profit and shareholder enrichment. Ethical factors are also a significant influence on institutions and public sector organisations, for whom the traditional priorities of service quality and cost management must now increasingly take account of these same ethical considerations affecting the commercial and corporate world.

1) Environmental Education refers to the organized efforts to teach about how natural environment function and particularly how human beings can manage their behavior and ecosystems in order to live sustainably. It is a learning process that increases people's knowledge and awareness about the environment and associated challenges and attitudes, motivations and commitments to make informed decisions and take responsible action.

2) People-centered development is an approach to international development that focuses on the real needs of local communities for the necessities of life (clean water, health, care.income generation) that are often disrupted by conventional development assistance.

3) The more effective way in creating or implementing rules and regulations is from bottom upwards or from grassroots level to management or leaders. Why? because in this way you can make sure that everyone might participate and benefited because all the rules and regulations came from the ideas of the public or people. We must know that, in making rules, regulations or even projects in school, getting ideas from the members or from the majority is a big factor to be consider. Because through the ideas gathered from the majority would lead to a good outcome simply because it is the need and desire of the people.

1. Environmental education - Relating to or being concerned with the ecological impact of altering the environment.
Environmental education generally refers to curriculum and programs which aim to teach people about the natural world and particularly about ways in which ecosystems work.
Environmental education programs often aim to change people's perceptions about the value of the natural world and to teach how to change environmental behaviors, such as getting people to recycle or how to build eco-friendly dwellings.

This year implementation of environmental education is systematic meaning It has continously teaching from now a days there's a Some educator in other country have An effective environmental educator has a working knowledge of natural history and a foundation in ecological principles, earth systems science, and global environmental change. Environmental education requires an understanding of the social, political, and economic aspects of human systems and how they impact the ecological system.

2.Only those things that can be counted have value and money is the only valid measure of value in public life. People-centered development believes that what is of greatest value often cannot be counted or appropriately valued in monetary terms - such as life itself. Economics is considered to be a tool to be used in the service of higher values.

3. For me i would be choose from creating/implementing rules and regulations from top to bottom (meaning, from the management/leaders down to the people) Because Leader is a Leader meaning He/she have rights to create a rules and implement that rules perhaps we vote those people to became a leader and be a good leader Someday and We should not be a Blame person for not doing well or good of our leader in our country or whatever events because became a Leader is Not easy as we always Think.

1.Environmental education projects are an ideal way to diversify your curriculum, try group teaching strategies, and bring the real world into the classroom in a strong academic context. Research shows that real-life hands-on learning effectively reaches and teaches children.
significance of environmental education to this present world, its help students develop factual knowledge about the natural environment, particularly with regard to how ecosystems work and human impacts on the natural environment;foster more positive perceptions about the value of the natural world;develop eco-friendly habits, such as getting people to recycle and to produce less waste;engage students in environmental rejuvenation projects and action
develop students' psychological and spiritual relationship with nature.
2.A people-centered development seeks to return control over resources to …people and their communities to be used in meeting their own needs. This creates incentives for the responsible stewardship of resources that is essential to sustainability.
An example of people- centered development one is the Sovereignty resides with … people, the real social actors of positive change. Freedom and democracy are universal human aspirations … The legitimate role of government is to enable … people to set and pursue their own agenda.

1. Environmental education (EE) is refers to organized efforts to teach about how natural environments function and, particularly, how human beings can manage their behavior and ecosystems in order to live sustainably. For me the significance of environmental education to this present world, it deals with various types of interrelationships existing between living and non living organisms, and it also gives information relating to population explosion, growth and development, impact of population growth on the resource consumption and national economy.
2. People-centered development, for me it is the people who wants a better development not only for him/her self but for our entire country, ex: A politician, they have many plans for the development of our country, they are ready to sacrifice everything what they have just to make their plans come true even if there are people struggling them or make a nonsense issues about them.
3. For me, creating/implementing rules and regulations from bottom upwards is more effective because it is easy to implement rules from down people than from leaders. What I mean is, it is easy to the leader to follow what the members want than to follow what the leaders rule.

1. Environmental Education refers to organized efforts to teach about how natural environments functions and particularly how human being can manage their behaviors and ecosystems an order to live sustainability.
It has something to do with the study on what is happening in our environment and actually Environmental Education is a learning process that increase peoples knowledge and awareness about the environment and associated challenges, develops the necessary skills and expertise to address the challenges, and fosters attitudes and commitments to make informed decisions and take responsible actions.
The importance of this Environmental Education in our present world is to be able for us citizens to know how to react on what is happening into our environment.

2. People- centered development seeks to return control over resources to people and their communities to be used in meeting their own needs. This create incentives for the responsible stewardship of resources that is essential to sustainability.
-Example for this is the relationship of the government and its constituents. They should always be partners in all times so that everyone will sustain their needs.

3. I think what is more effective is creating/implementing rules and regulations from bottom upwards (meaning, mobilizing the people in the grassroots levels upward. Of course every leader came from the grassroots before they become leaders. Leaders should know from themselves that what is more essential is to mobilize people in the grassroots levels upward in order to build a powerful an effective leadership.

1. The environmental education is a development on the environment. It is learning on how to protect our environment. It is also learning on how to protect our environment. It is also training for the people on how to keep our environment clean and green.
The importance of environmental education is to educate the people on how to protect our environment or in our nature. In this present world, it have many changes in our environment, there are many kinds of environmental problems like the pollution and waste. It is important the environmental education so that the people know what are the effects of what they are doing to the environment, with this, they can make an action in order to save our environment by doing the right things like throwing the garbage properly, and avoiding using any machines that can produce pollution.
2. The people- centered development is a development wherein, the people are the one who do or manage the entire task to develop anything in the world.
For example: A community have a rough road, and because of this, it causes of many car accidents, so the government officials do a project to improve the road… by the help of the construction workers, the road is now well-developed. The residents and the drivers can now easily drive their cars. The different projects will also easily to reach that community.
3. In my own opinion, the more effective is the implementing rules and regulations from the top to the bottom or from the leader down to the people because if the people see the sincerity of the leaders in implementing the rules and regulation, and they are the first one to implement it, the people will respect the leaders who implement that rules and regulation, then, they will surely follow it.

1. The importance of education in our environment are becoming well for us all, we learned to educate the cleanliness of our environment deal each one to fix our environment.
2. The idea of community development grew, in large part, out of the activities of colonial administrators. We examine this legacy and the theory and practice that emerged. We also look to the body of overlapping ideas, including community participation, community organization and community work that have run alongside the notion of community development.
3. The experiences of the past decade have led to significant changes in the focus of development projects and programmers and in the manner in which development assistance is provided. There has been a significant shift from mechanistic, top-down models primarily concerned with economic development towards more dynamic, participatory approaches focusing on human development. A principal reason for this change has been the widespread dissatisfaction with the persistence of poverty and inequality in many developing countries. Past development assistance has not resulted in the strengthening of the capacity within developing countries and, as a result, many projects and programmers have largely been ineffective and unsustainable.

1.It is a process of teaching and learning about the environment. It enables an individual to have information on how important the environment is. There should be an action that will leads to different experiment with consideration of all its aspects including living and non living things and it should be included on all the discipline that we have and it should be discuss worldwide.
It is very important especially in our world today because based on what we are experiencing now the so called climate change the Environmental Education is much needed for us to know what are the things that we need to do to save the earth and to bring back its beauty.
2.It refers to people as the center of the development, the welfare of the people is much concern. The development must suite to what does people is really needed. It enables people to carry out the hidden potential. For example the government will going to make a project for the people in province they have to conduct a research first before doing the project they need to make sure that the people there really needs it. And they have to train them on the proper procedure to make sure that the project will become successful.
3.It is much effective if the rules and regulations will going to create or implement from the button or the grass root levels because the people in this level is said to be the center of the development therefore they need to ask first before doing something it is just like planting to make sure that the plant will grow as what is expected we have to make sure that the roots is really getting absorbing all the nutrients from the soil.

1. environmental education is the learning that an individual usually learned from the environment. as we all know that our world today is getting hi-tech. we as an individual who lives this changing world. we are also aware of the things happened in our surroundings. the significance of the environmental education to this present world is that it teach us on how to be more aware of what's happening in our surroundings.
2. people centered education is the process of development where in the people itself are also the beneficiary. for example Family planing, through this program many couple had more information on how to control early pregnancy. in did, the couple itself gain benefits.
3. for me it's creating/implementing rules and regulation from top to bottom. Because many people will see first of what the leaders did before they fallow of what the leaders imposed.

Environmental education programs often aim to change people's perceptions about the value of the natural world and to teach how to change environmental behaviors, such as getting people to recycle or how to build eco-friendly dwellings. In the present world scenario, by the effect of man made activities, environmental degradation has reached an alarming rate and it results in various environmental issues such as ozone layer depletion, greenhouse effects, and rise in the seawater level, improper monsoon and acid rain. Science and Technology have brought immense benefits. However we are paying a high 'price' for it in terms of environmental degradation and this has definitely generated serious implications for the future generations. There is a wrong myth that economic development is based only on industrialization. The awareness among the public and industrial generators have to be created and motivated by the updated techniques and incorporating the innovative and implementable solutions to reform our economy which can be achieved through environmental education. For me the significance of environmental education is it will educate us how to sustain our environment and maintenance of water quality and abatement of pollution.

2. A people-centered development seeks to return control over resources to people and their communities to be used in meeting their own needs. This creates incentives for the responsible stewardship of resources that is essential to sustainability.

1. What is environmental education? What is the significance of environmental education to this present world?

Environmental education refers to organized efforts to teach about how natural environments function and, particularly, how human beings can manage their behavior and ecosystems in order to live sustainably. Environmental education is a learning process that increases people's knowledge and awareness about the environment and associated challenges, develops the necessary skills and expertise to address the challenges, and fosters attitudes, motivations, and commitments to make informed decisions and take responsible action

2. What is people-centered development? Cite an example.

People-Centered Development is an approach to international development that focuses on the real needs of local communities for the necessities of life (clean water, health care, income generation) that are often disrupted by conventional development assistance. Conventional development includes military aid, large dams, free trade zones and export economies that bring lots of money to the contractors and aid organizations, but often result in massive deforestation, resettlement of communities, introduction of pollutants and diseases.

3. What do you think is more effective: creating/implementing rules and regulations from top to bottom (meaning, from the management/leaders down to the people) or from bottom upwards (meaning, mobilizing the people in the grassroot levels upward)? Why or why not?

Some basic elements of the top-down approach include leadership development, training, equal employment and zero tolerance policies, social responsibility initiatives, recruitment and retention program, linking diversity to business goals, and culture-change initiatives.
In implementing rules and regulations I think from top to the bottom is more effective. Because the resistance on the path from the top to the bottom can be so strong that there is literally a period where everything stops, for maybe even several years and then something happens and we are called back again to re-energize the effort.

2. In my own opinion people-centered development means you need to focus your attention to your people if you are a leader, because man is the source of everything??! for example if you are the president of a country you need to give your attention to your people because they will be the tool for you to have a progressive country.

3. I think by creating/implementing rules from bootom to top, as what i said in item number two your people will be the tool for you to have a progressive country.
