As a student, the importance of NSTP for me,specifically is to maintain the good quality of a citizen to prove that they love our country.
The most common problem for me,is overpopulation and the pollution. The most possible solution is to have a "Bayanihan."
Man as the end of development means we all the people need to have a good development for us,to have a good society.Examples, studying well with a lot of patient and determination while working. You,as a student, have a good development in physical, social and mental development.

Answer 1. the importance of NSTP for me as a student is that I would be able to know on how to give value and importance of cleanliness and community service. I would be able to learn also on how to mingle with the other people in the society.
Answer 2. the garbage problem, bec. As what i observe in my community where I live is that you can see the garbage anywhere and then you can smell the bad odor that came from the garbage.
The possible solution for this is that , the garbage should be collected everyday. And then they should add more garbage bin to prevent the garbage from scattering.
Answer 3. for me not all bec. There also have a person who is responsible to there duty as a part of the society.
Example of that is, when the brgy. Call a meeting many people will attend because they want to know more on how to improve the community.

Answer.
1) for me as a student It indicates a country's economic welfare through the use of the per-capita income. It's also use for economic planning, that is it helps to determine the savings and investment potentials of a country. National income also helps to determine the contributions of a country to international bodies, example world bank, IMF, ECOWAS. It shows the level of economic activities in the country. Furthermore it serves as a guard to potential investors .Lastly, it assist in resource allocation to the various sectors.
2) the most common problem in my community is the garbage and the “KANAL”
Because the KANAL In My Community Is Quick To over flow so that its very fast to have a flood.
3) for me “man as the end of development," Because in every work there is a man to be work on. So that if there is no man in a work there will be no Development

1) The importance of NSTP specifically the Civic Welfare Training Services for me as a student is that, this subject will give us more knowledge on how to give a good service to the people without asking things in return and also for us to be aware and cope with the needs and the welfare of the society.

2) The two common environmental problems that our community faces today are the waste pollution and floods. I think the possible solutions for this problem is, we must start it with ourselves, we should have discipline in within us especially in doing things because we are part of the community. We must have enough knowledge on how to dispose and segregate waste properly, because waste pollution is the reason why we are suffering from floods.

3) My understanding to the phrase "man as the end of development" is that man can be the start of the development but if the man would not work and would not put all his knowledge into actions, everything would be useless and this might be the cause of the downfall of the society where he belong.
The example for this are some government officials that we elected, they serve as our way for our development because they are the one who is in authority. But if they do not have dedication to their chosen profession and they will not work on their promises they might be also the reason of the downfall of the society that they are governing.

1. The importance of National Service Training Program especially the Civic Welfare Training Services as a student is to give knowledge and training so that we can help the community to keep it clean. We would also know the needs of a community. It also give us a knowledge how to protect our nature by means of recycling the garbage like bottles, plastic and other materials and by doing this, it will help the country in progress.
2. The two most common environmental problems in our community that are concerns of all are the waste management and the population growth. The possible solution to these problems that could be doing is to have a proper segregation of garbage and discipline of every individual. In population growth, it must have self discipline, family planning, and by using contraceptives or the natural method.
3. The phrase “Man as the end of development “means, man is the source of development that creates through his manpower resources. If there is no man, there are no things to be finished.

1.The National Service Training Program most specially the CWTS has is very important to as a student because it enables me to know the things that I can do in serving the community, it enables me to do worthy things that can help to the development of the community where I belong as well as to help me to be a worthy member of my community ,it enable me also to know the proper action that I need to do in order to change the worst scenario.
2. the most common problems in our community are the following. One is the increasing number of population I really believe that the RH bill is really needed for this problem. The government must do an action because the population is increasing while the supply of food and the job is decreasing. The second is improper waste disposal, there should be the regular garbage collection so that we can maintain the cleanliness of the community and each one of us must be responsible of our own garbage because when the rain days came although it is not that heavy we still experience the flood cause by the garbage that blocked the canal that suppose to be the water continuously flow.
3. Man is the one who work for the development through consuming its resources, he is the operator and a worker for the development so without him, nothing will happen. That was my interpretation to the phrase indicated above.

1.The Civic Welfare Training Service is geared towards activities that have social impact through activities that could contribute to “health, education, environment, entrepreneurship, safety, recreation and morals of the citizenry”, thus the CWTS component of the NSTP stressed the importance of youth involvement in broad programs or activities that will benefit the people. While the CWTS focused on programs to enhance the living conditions of the people, the Literacy Training Service has a more limited yet equally useful objective that is to “train students to become teachers of literacy and numeracy skills to school children, out of school youth, and other segments of society in need of their service”thus specializes in the education of the people, strengthening the education sector to empower the people through education.
2.One of the concern are the canal here because it cause "baha" because of the garbage that make's "barado" the canal. for my own solution to this kind of problem, the very important is to discipline our self not to throw garbage anywhere instead make your own compost pet.
3. Man as the end of development – which is therefore to be judged by what it does to him.The crises, which effect majority of developing countries makes it necessary that past development strategies should be, reappraise. The various structural, institutional and behavioral changes which have taken place in the world economy over the past few decades should also be examined, and the theoretical basis of development strategies and economic policies should be reexamined. Nearly all developing countries are in crisis. All developing countries find their progress effected by external factors, including the functioning of the international economy, and some economic or political decision made by individual developing countries in their own interest. The search for improved domestic policy has to be pursued; innovative approaches have to be introduced to reconcile the demand of efficiency and equality. The development of human resources has to be a key element of new strategy, it is clear that much greater emphasis has to be placed on efficiency and on systems that move fully utilize the talents of local people. Innovative approaches have to be reviewed for new strategy.

The importance of a National service Training Program, especially the Civic Welfare Training Service, for me as a student is to help us to enhance our capability and capacity to help those people in need and to have a self discipline for the better community. To train the students like me on how to deal with people specifically those who are less fortunate people and to enhance our skills in leadership.

The most common environmental problem in my community face that concern are the improper waste disposal of the garbage and the population. I suggest that it would be better if the barangay official and people here to discipline themselves from throwing their garbage on the creek so that it won't cost a flood and sickness to the people. When it comes to population problem, people, especially parents are the one who responsible for that, they need to attend the seminar for the family planning and try to apply on their living. Discipline them and control for the family planning for the sake of their childrens future.

Man as the end of development, because if man would not do development it means it is useless. Man as the end of development, man is the one who does the development because if there is no development there is no good outcome. like for example if the man (engineer) would not finish the plan for the building which was his project or if he finish but he does not do it in a good way of drawing the plan the outcome is unsatisfactory for the owner of the building and he might lost a client.

• Pollution-the best solution for this is discipline for everyone. To maintain our surroundings clean, make sure we put our garbage in a proper place. Also the vehicles must be engine off when not in use.
• Drugs-I think cooperation to the authority is the best to solve this problem.report who is a pusher..no pusher no user

3. Explain the phrase, "man as the end of development," and give examples.

• Over the years man lead everywhere and anywhere. Holding the higher position and the powers. A command , bright and brilliant, knowledgeable and successful. Now a days women equally do the same and as successful as men. For example the list of the growing jobs is heavy on nurturing professions in which women, ironically seem to benefit from old habits. Women are now knocking on the door of leadership , aggressive and competitive.

1.The CWTS aim that the youth as partner of the State is promoting civic consciousness that develop our physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well -being. NSTP also aims to instill patriotism, nationalism, and involvement in public and civic affairs. This program enables us students to be aware to our own community and letting us to help others and to show concern not only to the people but also to the community as well.

2.In our place in G2 Village Brgy. PInagsama the most common problem was the proper drainage because when it rains a lot of trash was floating to the flood and floods can cause sickness to the people. Second other people do not throw their garbage to its proper places that’s the reason why when it floods the trash stuck up to the canals and stop the flow of water. The possible solutions to these problems are also the people they should know how to clean their own places and they can also teach their children that they should throw their waste on its proper places. They can also plant more trees to prevent floods.

3.“man as the end of development” means that man made all of this development that we can see and man will also used this developments for their own good. Just like when we do well to others they will also do well to us. If people know how to take care of the environment then no tragic experiences will happen.

The other importance of CWTS is that I would be able to measure my strength and capacity to contribute to nation-building.

2.The two most common environmental problems that my community faces that are concern of all are the floods and clogged creek. These are the two major problem of my community. I guess, the possible solution is to clean the clogged creeks that bring floods. The people who live in or near the area should stop throwing their waste in the creek and to have waste management. If the problem on the clogged creek will be solve then there will be no more floods.
