1. Man is universal when we say universal it is applicable to all human kind. A man truly a human when it patterns to the standard of being a human, when we speak of a man in science it explain on the anture of man or all human kind, and it is the composition of system in our body example man is composed of thrillion of cells that generates life. In philosophy, man is a human when it follows a certain rule in human kind, if it acts to the norm of society.

2. Philosophy attempts to answer the question why because it is an inquisitive form of questioning which tries to seek and find the correct answer, while in science it attempts the question "how" which means, it seeks to find the solution to the problem.

3. In my opinion the difference between thinking and applying is that thinking is the process, the scientific method and procedure on how to solve a problem while applying is the action or the solution to the problem.

1.How would you answer the question: what makes man truly human?
- man can only be a human, if he can differentiate what is right and what is wrong... having a conscience makes every man a human... good or bad conscience... for god created man with mind, body and soul.. its the reason of his mere existence.

2.Philosophy attempts to answer the question "Why?," and science attempts to answer the question "How?" What do you think is the essential difference between a "why-question" and a "how-question"?
- WHY? is the reason behind every action and decisions. HOW? is the way of applying your idea or decision.. how is the application of why.... essential difference is why is an imaginary reasoning how is the physical application that makes an outcome of your imagination/reasons.

3. In your own opinion, think is the difference between thinking about the methods for solving a problem and applying a method for solving a problem?
-thinking is much easier, for man has endless ideas, huge imagination and sometimes exaggerated thoughts on solving a problem.. applying a method, is much complicated because of your diff. ideas of how you solve a problem... it is your endless ideas that makes your application harder for you've thinked too much of an approach, that is when confusion comes in...
we must have a certain or main idea of solution for a certain problem to have a better application.

1. A man is a general term for all human beings and makes it truly human when he has the most capacity of thinking and creating new things for his innovation and progress. Indeed, we are the highest form of animal.

2. The essential different between “why question” and “how question” is that: why question is more reasoning while the how question is on processing. like philosophy attempts to answer the question why because philosophy always deal with reasoning and science is processing.

3. The difference between thinking about the methods and applying the methods for solving a problem. Is that thinking about the method is the first step on how you can solve a problem. This include formulating ,gathering ideas, searching information and making a pattern on how to achieve the solution while applying the methods for solving a problem is the last step, the action and application of the pattern done on the first step.
Some different aspect for the question are thinking about the method it refers to action that you are thinking.
The second one you may end it by applying what you gathered from the first step that been says(thinking about the methods)

1. I think "Human beings are not necessarily human". Such a statement may sound very puzzling but it is true for two reasons. First of all, it takes much time and effort for a human being to grow to the point where his own nature has reached full realization. When he acts like a little animal, he is not yet being fully human. It will take many years of training and education by his family and society, many years of effort and struggle on his own part before the fullness of humanity can be achieved. Until the state of full humanness is attained we cannot say that he is fully human, and secondly, it is very possible that an individual human being will not reach full development at all. We recognize that there are human beings which fail to possess those basic qualities which are required for full humanness. Sometimes we use the word "inhuman" to describe such persons. They may be cruel, insensitive to others, irrational, or robot-like in their lives and dealings with others. At other times we use the word "animal" to describe persons who follow their lower instincts and ignore their consciences, their human dignity and the higher values of human life. We judge such inhuman people, such "animals" to be less than fully human.

2. Philosophers asked the question “WHY” because it uses critical thinking and it answers the curiosity of a mankind while in Science asked the question “HOW” because it uses some experiments to satisfy the scientist on how things have done.

3. For me, the difference between thinking and applying is that when you are thinking you’re just manipulate in your mind on how you solve the problem while when you are applying you are now applying the methods to solve the problem.

1. A man makes a truly human when the reason for the human freedom and this freedom is the most important aspect of making human truly human. One of the most important problems with which we have to deal in our reflections on man, and one which constantly recurs, is the problem of man's freedom. The problem has aroused innumerable discussions, not only among philosophers but also among theologians, and the passion with which controversy was often carried on is an indication of the fact that in this problem we deal not with some unimportant aspect of man's nature, but rather with the whole man in his total life.

2. Philosophers attempts to answer the question “WHY” because they are using their inquisitive thinking or their logical thinking while Scientist answers the question “HOW” because they are trying to proof something or they become satisfy when they proof it.

3. I think the difference between thinking and applying is that thinking is simply think for a methods on how to solve a problem or analyzing what is the problem and how to solve it while in applying you are applying or doing the method to solve a problem.

1. In understanding how can man be truly human, first is the reason for the human freedom and

this freedom is the most important aspect of making human truly human. One of the most

important problems with which we have to deal in our reflections on man, and one which

constantly recurs, is the problem of man's freedom. The problem has aroused innumerable

discussions, not only among philosophers but also among theologians, and the passion with

which controversy was often carried on is an indication of the fact that in this problem we deal

not with some unimportant aspect of man's nature, but rather with the whole man in his total

life.

2. Philosophers asked the question “WHY” because it uses critical thinking and it answers the

curiosity of a mankind while in Science asked the question “HOW” because it uses some

experiments to satisfy the scientist on how things have done through science. Scientists

dont beleive in biblical explanations on how things exists and done.

3. For me, the difference between thinking and applying is that when you are thinking you’re just

gathering informations or datas to be used, conceptualizing methods and steps in your mind

on how you solve the problem , while when you are applying you are now applying the

gathered datas and informations, and conceptualized methods and steps in solving the

problem.
